Diamond Crest Plaza is excited to welcome Vinh Loi Tofu and Japanese French Fusion Restaurant, Marche Moto. Vinh Loi Tofu, the 100% vegan restaurant, will be opening in April 2019 along with Marche Moto, a Japanese French Fusion restaurant.

Vinh Loi Tofu, established in 2002, offers a all of the Vietnamese classics from bahn mi to spring rolls and even vegan “chic’n nuggets.” Along with a full menu, the vegan Vietnamese café offers a friendly atmosphere that leaves you wanting more. The owner and head-chef, Kevin Tran moved to The United States from Vietnam in 1986. For over 15 years, Tran has been attracting vegans and non-vegans to try his delicious authentic dishes.

Vinh Loi Tofu has been named in Yelp’s Top 100, The Huffington Post’s LA’s Best and one of Discover Los Angeles’s Best Restaurants. It goes without saying that Diamond Crest Plaza is more than happy welcome Vinh Loi Tofu and Kevin Tran to the shopping center.

Owner and chef, Katsutaro Yoshimoto is blending French and Japanese flavors in Marche Moto. The menu will reflect a global tapas concept. This new restaurant will make an excellent addition to the shopping center.

Diamond Crest Plaza is a 40,178 sf plaza with ample parking that also includes a large underground parking garage. The plaza is anchored by East West Bank and Royal Garden Restaurant.
