Construction is estimated to begin in March on the new Brea Imperial Center.  This major renovation will incorporate modern finishes and outdoor patio environments and welcome two new popular eateries.

Up and coming tenants include In-N-Out Burger and Noah’s Bagels. In-N-Out Burger will be joining the shopping center in January 2021. In-N-Out has been serving California quality hamburgers since1948. Their delicious burgers, milkshakes and French fries are known nationwide.

Noah’s Bagels is set to open their doors this May. The Berkeley born restaurant currently has 10 locations throughout Southern California. Noah’s Bagels began with the idea to introduce high quality, fresh-baked New York-style bagels to the West Coast.

Adjacent to a large office market, Brea Imperial Center is ideally located across from the high volume retailer, Brea Mall. The newly renovated shopping center is expected to be completed by January of 2020.
